Private internal publishing tool
Publicador Meta is a private internal tool used by MECHA Estudio to manage approved organic content for Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts connected to those Pages.
The tool helps authorized users prepare, approve, publish, comment on, schedule, and delete organic content through a controlled editorial workflow.
Publicador Meta is not available for public registration. Access is limited to authorized members of MECHA Estudio and approved client teams.
How it works
The workflow connects:
Google Sheets as the private editorial calendar.
Google Apps Script for internal publishing and deletion actions.
Make as the automation backend.
Meta Graph API to publish, comment on, delete, and validate content on authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.
Every post must be reviewed and approved by an authorized user before it is published. The app does not publish content automatically without human approval.

Meta permissions
Publicador Meta uses Meta permissions only to support the approved organic publishing workflow.
The app may request permissions to identify authorized Facebook Pages and connected Instagram professional accounts, publish approved content, add approved comments, delete previously published content, and store publication results.
The app does not use Meta permissions to collect unrelated user data, manage ads, analyze personal profiles, or access unauthorized accounts.
Data handling
Publicador Meta only processes the information needed to operate the publishing workflow, such as Page IDs, Instagram account IDs, post/media IDs, approved captions, media URLs, publication status, and API error messages.
The app does not sell Platform Data, does not share Platform Data with advertisers, and does not use Platform Data for unrelated profiling or advertising purposes.
Meta App Review
This website is provided for app and business identification.
The actual app interface is a private Google Sheets editorial calendar connected to a Make automation backend. Reviewer instructions, test flows, and screen recordings are provided directly in the Meta App Review submission.
